United Nations Young Professionals Programme (YPP)

The United Nations Young Professionals Programme (YPP) is a competitive recruitment initiative for nationals of UN member states that are under-represented in the UN Secretariat. Successful candidates are placed in a UN database of young professionals and may receive employment offers within the UN system. The programme accepts applicants in a range of specialist fields corresponding to advertised geographic and disciplinary vacancies.

Successful candidates are entered into a UN database of young professionals and may receive employment offers within the United Nations system.

Georgian citizens born on or after 1982-01-01 (i.e. aged 32 or younger on the exam day) who hold at least a bachelor's degree in the relevant specialty and have full command of English or French may apply.

Applicants submit applications during specified phases for advertised specializations; phases with date ranges are listed for different specialties.
