The Charles R. Wall Conservation Leadership and Management Fellowship is a competitive program run by the African Wildlife Foundation that brings together young African professionals in the conservation space to develop transformational leadership and management skills for impact. It includes in-person workshops (with travel to Nairobi), coaching, and a placement component as part of the fellowship.
