Charles R. Wall Conservation Leadership & Management Fellowship 2025

The Charles R. Wall Conservation Leadership and Management Fellowship is a competitive program run by the African Wildlife Foundation that brings together young African professionals in the conservation space to develop transformational leadership and management skills for impact. It includes in-person workshops (with travel to Nairobi), coaching, and a placement component as part of the fellowship.

Travel for workshops, lodging, meals, data stipend for virtual sessions, ongoing coaching, and placement opportunities within the conservation field.

Open to practitioners in the conservation space who are nationals of any African country and currently living and working within Africa; age 20-35; minimum diploma; francophone/lusophone applicants should have basic English skills.
