YALI (RLC) East Africa/University of Iowa Africa Startup Accelerator (ASA) Program 2026

The Africa Startup Accelerator (ASA) is a 3-week entrepreneurship and leadership program hosted by the University of Iowa’s Institute for International Business in Iowa City, USA, for young East Africans. The program offers immersive curriculum, mentorship, leadership development, pitch opportunities, and cultural exchange, including room and board on campus. It aims to boost entrepreneurial trajectories, refine business models, and sharpen leadership skills for long-term success.

Founders of active, innovative startups with clear growth potential and community impact. Regional Leadership Center EA alumni. Age 25–35 years. Hold a 4-year university degree. Proficient in English (written & spoken). Valid passport for travel to the USA.
