About this opportunity
The UNIDIR Women in AI Fellowship 2026 is a week-long, in-person training in Geneva designed to build capacity of women diplomats on AI policy, governance and security issues. The programme includes education on AI technology and governance, exploration with stakeholders, and networking with diplomats, private sector, and civil society. The fellowship is delivered free of charge, with travel and accommodation support for a select number of participants.

Eligibility
Open to women diplomats and government representatives who are junior to mid-career, represent UN Member States, have strong English skills, and are interested in security, technology and/or gender.
