About this opportunity

The ACET Youth Policy Lab is a program for African youth aged 18 to 35 to simulate governance decision-making and develop policy proposals. Participants work in teams over several weeks with mentorship, producing a three-page policy proposal and presenting it in a live virtual pitch to judges. The experience aims to build policy analysis, leadership, and collaboration skills and connect participants with a network of African youth leaders.

Benefits & funding

Participants gain experience in policymaking, build their resumes, expand their professional network, and have opportunities for post-lab engagement. Winners receive vouchers, internship opportunities, and a certificate of participation, with potential publication and ambassador roles.

Eligibility
