A structured, full-time three-year programme for recent graduates to gain work experience within the Parliament, including mentorship, structured learning, and exposure to high-profile institutional projects. Participants receive bursary support for further studies and a market-related salary with benefits.

Eligibility

South African citizens who have recently graduated in one of the listed qualifications and have the potential to learn quickly and work effectively in teams; applicants with an average of 65% or higher are at an added advantage.
