Vodacom Early Careers Programmes – Discover Graduate & Internship Programme 2026

The Vodacom Early Careers Programmes offer a Graduate Programme and an Internship Programme designed to develop young graduates into future leaders within the company. The programmes run for two years (Graduate) and 12 months (Internship) and include mentorship, on-the-job training, and a salary. Participants are aimed at young African graduates who have completed their degree by the end of 2025 and seek a structured, paid entry path into the workforce.

Mentorship and coaching, on-the-job training, and the potential to transition into a longer-term role within Vodacom after completion.

Must have completed at least an undergraduate degree by the end of 2025; must be 26 years old or younger; South African citizen by birth/naturalisation or permanent resident, with eligible consideration for citizens of listed markets.
