Information

UICC Technical Fellowships offer cancer professionals a chance to gain new knowledge, skills and techniques in cancer control through short learning visits of two weeks to two months.

Benefits

Flight costs are covered as estimated based on departure location and host country; a contribution towards living costs is provided, scaled by the country’s income level as categorized by the World Bank.

Eligibility

Public health professionals including epidemiologists, health educators, social workers, nutritionists, administrators and other specialised professionals in cancer control; cancer researchers; clinicians, nurses and pathologists. Applicants must hold at least a Master’s degree, with medical doctors possible if near a board certification in a cancer-related specialty, and RN-qualified nurses are eligible. At least five years of work in cancer is required; medical and PhD students are not eligible.
