ETH4D Research to Action Grants 2026

The ETH4D Research to Action Grants support ETH Zurich researchers and students to develop prototypes and translate research into practice. It aims to help researchers connect with practitioners and explore opportunities for entrepreneurship, with a focus on global development impact.

Financial support to develop prototypes and conduct project activities, with potential engagement with practitioners and non-academic partners.

Bachelor students, master students, doctoral candidates, post-doctoral scientists, senior scientists, and professors are eligible to apply; students must be enrolled at the time activities are carried out. Projects require a collaborating non-academic partner and must have an institutional link to ETH Zurich or be connected with ETH initiatives, with globally developmental impact.
