British American Tobacco Global Graduate Program 2025 for young Nigerian graduates

Applications are open for the 2025 British American Tobacco Global Graduate Program. The 18-month rotational program aims to develop future leaders by providing world-class learning, international exposure, and hands-on roles across BAT operations. It targets fresh graduates who will gain experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and product innovation through structured rotations.

Graduates with a Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences or supply chain; NYSC completed; recently graduated with no more than 3 years of professional/post-graduate experience; national and/or international mobility; fluent in English.
