Information

The UNDP African Youth Co-Creators Council 2026 selects 11 young leaders from across Africa and the diaspora to advise and co-create UNDP’s work with and for young people. Members participate in consultations, identify youth-led solutions, and engage with UNDP country offices and regional partners; a consolidated report will be produced at the end of the mandate. Most meetings are online, with occasional in-person events such as onboarding, mid-term review, and closing ceremony; participation is voluntary and costs for travel, accommodation, meals and digital communications are reasonably covered by UNDP.
