Gulu University Mastercard Foundation TAGDev 2.0 Scholarship Programme 2025 for young East Africans

A full board comprehensive scholarship to study at Gulu University for economically disadvantaged East African students. The scholarship covers tuition, research and conference costs, living expenses including stipend and hostel, laptop, internship and field attachments, and entrepreneurship training. It is open to Ugandan nationals and East African residents pursuing listed undergraduate and master's programs; females are highly encouraged to apply.

Open to candidates from Uganda and East Africa who meet admission criteria for the listed programs; must be economically disadvantaged and able to qualify for admission to Gulu University; females are encouraged to apply.
