LEAP Africa Youth Leadership Development Programme 2025 for young changemakers

The LEAP Africa Youth Leadership Development Programme is a five-month capacity-building initiative for undergraduate Nigerian youths, focusing on leadership, active citizenship and community development. It includes self-paced courses, mentorship, inter-school debates, community change projects, and virtual learning sessions to develop leadership skills and policy awareness.

Leadership training and mentorship from policy experts; access to micro-grants for community projects; participation in national debates; recognition as a youth leader; network with peers; grants and prizes.

Undergraduate Nigerian youths aged 18-35 currently enrolled in a tertiary institution; willing to participate for the full 5-month programme.
