AU-EU Youth Voices Lab 2025 for Youth-Led Organizations

AU-EU Youth Voices Lab – Power of the Collective is a four-year initiative under the AU-EU Youth Lab programme that aims to foster a more youth-responsive and inclusive society in Africa and Europe. It is implemented by an international consortium with youth-led and youth-informed work expertise, including Oxfam, Restless Development, Search for Common Ground, Youthmakers Hub, and ComDev Africa. The program operates continent-wide and involves youth and decision-makers from multiple countries to influence policy-making and partnerships.

Youth-led organizations and groups with decision-makers aged 15-35, and at least 70% of staff/volunteers under 35, operating as an NGO, association, trade union, collective, or network; must operate in one of the eligible countries in Africa or Europe.
