CFI Media Development and Gender Links Worldwide 2025

Information

The CFI Media Parity Capacity Building Programme is a partnership between CFI Media Development and Gender Links. It works with selected media outlets to build journalists' capacity in gender inclusive reporting through workshops, mentorship and professional development activities, and provides small reporting grants to support produced stories.

Eligibility

Media outlets must be radio, television, print or online, operating for at least 3 years, located in Botswana, Malawi, Mozambique, Lesotho or Zambia, with at least 5 journalists, and a politically independent editorial line. Outlets must appoint a representative and identify journalists to participate in project activities and leadership & workplace activities, including promoting gender equality.
