Information

The DSTI-NYS Programme places unemployed graduates under 35 years old in partner institutions for 12 months and provides them with monthly stipends to cover basic needs. It is a component of the government’s National Youth Service Programme and is managed by the South African Agency for Science and Technology Advancement of the National Research Foundation. The programme is intended for graduates with relevant qualifications in fields such as science, technology, journalism and media studies, and related skills.
