The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Young Leaders Forum (YLF) is an eight-module programme designed to develop political, social, and economic knowledge and advocacy skills among young people to promote social justice and good governance in Uganda. The training comprises policy- or issue-based modules, lectures, workshops and participatory interactions led by external experts. The programme is fully funded by FES and targets politically interested and active youth in Uganda.

Eligibility

Ugandan citizenship or proof of residency for non-citizens; age 18-30; minimum A-level education; demonstrated commitment to public affairs, community involvement or advocacy.
