The Tony Elumelu Foundation Aguka Ideation Entrepreneurship Programme 2025 for young Rwandans

The Aguka Ideation Entrepreneurship Programme is a partnership involving the Tony Elumelu Foundation, UNDP Rwanda and the Rwandan Ministry of Youths and Arts to support 100 Rwandan entrepreneurs aged 18-30 with a for-profit business idea. Selected participants receive seed capital and participate in a structured training and mentorship process as part of the TEF Business Management Training Programme.

Open to all Rwandans between 18 and 30 years old, with a for-profit business idea or business that must be original to the applicant and supported by government ID.

Submit a business idea or plan to the TEF programme; undergo verification and onboarding; participate in business training, plan development, a pitching stage, and selection for seed capital
