About this opportunity
The Bilateral Education Agreement (BEA) Scholarship Awards for 2025/2026 invites Nigerians to apply for undergraduate or postgraduate study abroad under the BEA scheme. Undergraduate scholarships are tenable in Russia, Morocco, Hungary, Egypt and Algeria, while postgraduate scholarships are tenable in Russia, China, Hungary, Serbia, and Romania. The programme is fully funded for selected applicants and requires progression through the Federal Government Scholarship process.

Eligibility
Undergraduate applicants must have high secondary results (waec/wassce) with strong performance in relevant subjects; postgraduate applicants must hold a First Degree with 1st Class or 2nd Class Upper, have completed NYSC, and meet specified age limits.
