DOT Rwanda Youth Leadership Program 2026-2027

Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) Rwanda is inviting applications for the Youth Leadership Program 2026-2027 under the Digital Skills for Employability program. The initiative focuses on developing leadership, digital, and entrepreneurial skills for young people in Rwanda, with a strong emphasis on empowering young women, rural youth, persons with disabilities, and refugees. Participants receive training, coaching, mentorship, and access to networks and employment linkages throughout the program.

Comprehensive training in leadership, digital and entrepreneurial skills; career development training; mentorship and coaching; access to finance and business networks; membership in the DOT Youth community and opportunities for collaboration and growth.

University or college graduate aged 21-35, or secondary school graduate aged 21-35 with at least two years of demonstrated community engagement experience; not currently in Education, Employment, or Training; proficiency in English and Kinyarwanda; resident of and willing to work in specified districts in Rwanda for one year.
