International Leaders of Tomorrow Award (UBC International Scholars Program) at University of British Columbia

UBC’s International Scholars Program offers four categories of prestigious need-and-merit-based awards to international undergraduate students at the University of British Columbia. The program provides financial support based on demonstrated need and academic merit, with opportunities for renewal in subsequent years subject to ongoing eligibility. Awards cover undergraduate study at UBC in Canada.

Awards provide financial support determined by financial need, potentially covering tuition and living costs; may be renewed for up to three additional years of undergraduate study or until degree completion, subject to academic standing and other conditions.

Applicants must be international students studying in Canada on a Canadian study permit and be entering UBC as undergraduates from recognized secondary schools or transferring from another post-secondary institution.

Applicants must be nominated by their school or non-profit and submit a reference from an academic referee; apply by 15 November and submit their admissions application to UBC by 1 December. Use the official scholarship website for details and access to the online application.
