Japan Foundation for UNU Scholarships MSc in Sustainability Programme for Developing Country Students

The JFUNU scholarship provides funding for outstanding applicants from developing countries who are admitted to the Master of Science in Sustainability Programme at UNU-IAS. It includes a monthly living allowance and tuition waiver, with the student covering travel, visa, and health insurance costs. Applications are associated with the UNU-IAS MSc in Sustainability and the scholarship is offered for the duration of the programme.

Living stipend for up to 24 months and tuition waiver; opportunity to pursue MSc in Sustainability at UNU-IAS.

Applicants from developing countries who can demonstrate financial need and are admitted to the Master of Science in Sustainability at UNU-IAS. Applicants must not be in Japan on a working visa, must not already hold a postgraduate degree, and must not be concurrent recipients of other scholarships.

Applications are submitted through the online admissions process; automatic consideration for the scholarship during admissions.
