Applications are open for the Africa CDC Epidemiology Track Fellowship Programme 2026, a flagship two-year training initiative designed to build capacity in Africa’s public health institutions. The program offers three tracks: Epidemiology, Laboratory Leadership, and Public Health Informatics, with learning materials and coverage of travel, stipends, hardware, software, and health insurance provided by Africa CDC.

Eligibility
Applicants must be citizens of an African Union Member State, under 35 years old, employed in an African country with government approval to attend the two-year training, and have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with relevant epidemiology or biostatistics coursework and at least three years of post-graduate public health experience.
