The Reward Academy is a three-year programme aimed at transforming talented individuals into top-tier reward consultants. In the academy, you will gain hands on experience with leading companies across South Africa, working as part of a high-performing team to solve complex reward and remuneration challenges. By the end of this programme, you will be expected to be able to engage with the highest level of C-suite clients on a wide range of reward-related matters.

Eligibility
PwC is hiring for talent, attitude and a passion for learning—experience is secondary. If you love numbers, strategy and business, we want to hear from you. - A relevant completed tertiary qualification (BCom, BSc, or similar) - SA citizen or permanent resident - Strong numerical and analytical skills - A proactive, client-focused mindset with excellent organisation abilities
