About this opportunity
The WOCEWA Scholarship and Green Jobs Program, run by the ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE), provides scholarships for West African women to pursue master’s programs in energy-related fields and includes automatic internship placement in ECOWAS energy institutions for six months. The program aims to increase women’s participation in the energy sector and includes funding for tuition, health insurance, a computer, and a six-month internship stipend and travel support.

Eligibility
Citizens of ECOWAS member states, enrolled in the first year of a master’s degree at a West African university or institution, female with a STEM background and energy focus, and up to age 32 by end of 2024.
