Presidential Precinct Global Democracy Fellowship 2026

A 6-week immersive fellowship for rising and established leaders in democracy. Fellows engage in academic and practical programming across multiple U.S. campuses and historic sites, building leadership capacity and cross-border collaboration. The program covers participant costs for the DS-2019 visa process, lodging, and meals during the program, with some costs borne by the participant.

Qualified applicants are social movement leaders, civil society leaders, local government officials, parliamentarians, democracy and human rights defenders, journalists, and creatives with significant experience in democracy-building.
