This is a call for papers for a conference focusing on temporality and material culture under socialism, to be held online (over Zoom) on 1–2 July 2021. The organizers invite interdisciplinary contributions dealing with the intersection of temporality and architecture, public art, urban planning, design, and other spheres of material culture, and encourage advanced graduate students and early career researchers to submit abstracts.

Submissions are welcome from advanced graduate students and early career researchers.
