Taiwan Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (MOE HES)

The Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (MOE HES) is a government-funded program of Taiwan offering stipends to German students for study abroad focused on Chinese language and Taiwanese culture. The scholarship covers a monthly stipend and can support summer courses or longer stays of six to twelve months. Applications are submitted via the DAAD.

Applicants must be German nationals and at least 18 years old; you must not be enrolled in full-time study in Taiwan, and you should not be an exchange student under a partnership agreement.
