The scholarship is a fully funded program offered at Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) to international students, aiming to support education, research, and international collaboration across multiple fields. It covers tuition, accommodation, utilities, health insurance, and a monthly stipend, enabling study at undergraduate and graduate levels at SUT in Thailand.

Tuition and university fees exempted; university campus accommodation provided; utilities covered up to 6,500 Baht per semester; health and accident insurance up to 8,000 Baht per semester; monthly stipend of 4,000 Baht.
