Advanced Materials Analysis

Master of Science in Advanced Materials Analysis at TU Bergakademie Freiberg. The program trains graduates to use instrumented materials analysis methods, physical measurement methods and semiconductor technology, with two specialisations in Solid State Analytics and Semiconductor Technology and Devices. The degree is pursued full-time over four semesters, starting in the winter semester, taught in English, with a joint first semester and a final master's thesis in the last semester.
