Applied Computer Science (MSc)

Master of Science in Applied Computer Science offered at the University of Göttingen. The program is taught in English (with some German-taught courses possible) and is available as a full-time degree with a duration of 4 semesters. It provides two concentrations: Systems-Oriented and Application-Oriented, with several specialisations across bioinformatics, geoinformatics, medical informatics, and more.

Admission requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field with a minimum of 180 ECTS credits, and proof of related coursework as specified by the programme. An online aptitude test and a subsequent interview may be part of shortlisting.
