Applied IT Security

The distance learning Master of Science programme 'Applied IT Security' is offered online in cooperation with Ruhr-Universität Bochum and the isits AG International School of IT Security. It provides online modules on IT security topics, with exams conducted on-site or online, and is designed for working professionals seeking a part-time, remote master's degree in IT security.

Tuition fees per semester vary; in principle there are no tuition fees at RUB, but there can be exceptions; additional costs may apply.

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, business information technology, mathematics, physics, etc., plus one year of professional experience in IT/ITS and an average grade of at least 3.0; applicants not meeting these requirements may apply for the certificate programme of the isits AG.
