Artificial Intelligence and Data Science

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science is a two-year Master’s programme focusing on the theoretical foundations of AI and Data Science and their applications to real-world problems. The degree offers courses in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, and biological/medical data, with a strong emphasis on machine learning and deep learning. Students can tailor the programme with a range of electives and complete a Master’s thesis, with integrated internships and lab rotations.

English-taught Master’s programme; integrated internships; lab rotations; access to research groups and projects; international elements.

A first university degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related area is required; the final grade must not be below 2.5 in the German system.
