Hungarian Institute of International Affairs (HIIA) Future Leaders Program 2026

The HIIA Future Leaders Program provides research fellow opportunities for young talents and recent graduates interested in foreign policy. Fellows conduct research under professional mentorship, participate in HIIA’s research groups and project management activities, and receive extensive training in leadership, public speaking, and media engagement. The program includes seminars and opportunities to engage in public discussions related to Hungarian foreign policy.

Research mentorship, participation in research groups, project management experience, seminars on foreign policy, leadership and media training, opportunities to engage in public discussions and access to networking within the Hungarian foreign policy circle.

Applicants should be under 30 and recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in related fields such as International Relations, Philosophy, Political Science, History, or Diplomacy.
