The Mindanao Young Leaders Programme (MinYLP) is a capacity-building programme for emerging young community leaders from Civil Society Organisations in Mindanao. Ten participants are selected each year to develop leadership skills, undertake basic research on a development topic, and prepare an Action Project proposal to address a local challenge. The programme includes a two-week full-time residential component in Aotearoa New Zealand and collaboration with participating organisations.

Eligibility
Applicants must be aged 23-30, living and working in Mindanao, employed by a community-based organisation or NGO, and able to continue employment for at least one year after the programme.
