INSPIRASI Indonesia Young Leaders Programme 2026

INSPIRASI is a capacity building programme for emerging young civil society leaders from East Indonesia. Each year, ten participants are selected to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence to contribute to sustainable development in their community and the wider East Indonesia region. The programme includes a group study component, exploration of development challenges, and formulation of a participatory action project proposal, with a full-time residential period.

Two-week full-time residential programme with capacity-building components and opportunities to develop a participatory action project proposal.

Applicants must be aged 20-30, working for a community-based organisation or NGO in East Indonesia, intent to continue with their organisation for at least one year after the programme, and have organisational support to participate including online sessions.
