European Union Blue Book Traineeship Programme

The European Commission's Blue Book Traineeship Programme is a five-month paid traineeship offered twice a year to graduates. It places successful candidates at the heart of EU policymaking and administration across various EU bodies, providing hands-on experience and exposure to how the EU functions. The programme comprises three strands: Administrative Traineeship for University Graduates (ADMIN UG), Administrative Traineeship for Vocational Education and Training Graduates (ADMIN VET), and Translation Traineeship (TRA).

Hands-on experience in EU policymaking and administration; professional skills development; intercultural exposure and language development; a career launchpad with direct pathways into EU institutions and agencies.
