Information

The NAEng Innovation Competition invites individuals or groups to submit innovative engineering-focused works across disciplines. It addresses national problems and recognises innovations in areas such as ICT, energy, infrastructure, health, manufacturing, AI, and robotics. Winners receive prizes, public recognition, and promotion to investors.

Prizes (cash), public recognition, promotion of winning concepts to investors, certificates and plaques.

Eligibility

Open to Nigerians; open to engineers, scientists, technologists, technicians and other professionals involved with engineering creativity; collaboration is allowed; nominations can be by self or third parties.

Application

Submit a concept note by the deadline; Stage 1 submissions are via email, with shortlisted participants proceeding to Stage 2; Stage 2 submissions follow the guidelines provided after Stage 1; final winner announcements are planned for June 2026.
