European Commission OCT Youth Network 2026–2027: Fully Funded One-Year Leadership Opportunity for Young People from Overseas Countries and Territories

The OCT Youth Network is a one-year leadership and learning opportunity for young people from Overseas Countries and Territories associated with the European Union. It combines study visits, online learning, networking, and participation in international events to strengthen engagement with EU institutions and policymakers. Participants become part of an international network and contribute to dialogues and priority setting within the OCT-EU Partnership.

Participants gain academic, professional, and personal benefits, including participation in study visits (e.g., Brussels), online learning sessions, networking opportunities, and involvement in international events and policy dialogues.

Open to young people from the 13 Overseas Countries and Territories, selected to form a cohort of around 25 members aged 20 to 28.
