The Horn Center for Democracy is announcing the Youth Leadership for Democracy and Solidarity (YLDS) Program 2026, a regional leadership development initiative for young democratic leaders in the Horn of Africa. The program combines intensive leadership training, civic education, mentorship, and regional networking, with an emphasis on cross-border collaboration and long-term engagement within a regional alumni network. Selected participants join a cohort to gain practical governance skills, exchange experiences, and develop collaborative regional projects.

Eligibility
