The Young Advocates Program is a 12-week paid leadership development initiative for young adults to gain hands-on experience in public policy advocacy, community organizing, and civic engagement. It involves training, mentorship, and participation in campaigns and events across three U.S. locations. Participants receive compensation for training and project work and work with regional teams to develop leadership and advocacy skills.
