EU Civil Society Fund Plus (CSF+) Round Two 2026: Apply for Grants, Capacity Building, and Networking Opportunities for Local and Grassroots CSOs in Ethiopia

The Civil Society Fund Plus (CSF+) Round Two Call for Expression of Interest invites local and grassroots Civil Society Organizations in Ethiopia to apply for sub-grants, capacity-strengthening, and networking opportunities. The programme aims to strengthen smaller CSOs working on governance, democracy, peacebuilding, human rights, social inclusion, and community development, with a focus on marginalized communities and youth. Selected organizations will receive financial support, tailored capacity-building, and opportunities to engage in knowledge-sharing and collaboration with other CSOs.

Sub-grants to implement community-based initiatives; tailored capacity-strengthening (training, workshops, technical assistance, organizational development resources); networking opportunities including knowledge-sharing events, learning exchanges, and collaborative advocacy.

Eligible organizations operating within Addis Ababa, Central Ethiopia, South Ethiopia, or Tigray regions of Ethiopia are invited to submit EOIs.

Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) before the stated deadline to be considered for the Round Two funding.
