The Coffee & Quality 2026 Fellows Program is a multi-month capacity-building initiative hosted by United Way of Greater Houston aimed at nonprofit organizations. It provides hands-on learning, coaching, and infrastructure development to strengthen data, evaluation, and CQI practices, with a focus on creating sustainable internal capabilities. The program includes in-person sessions, site visits, coaching, and a final showcase, and offers a capacity-building grant to selected organizations.

Benefits

Stipend up to $10,000; participation in eight in-person sessions; coaching and technical guidance; site visits; final showcase with leaders and funders.

Eligibility

Nonprofits must be 501(c)(3) organizations located in the Greater Houston area (Brazoria, Fort Bend, Harris, Montgomery, Waller counties).

Application

Submit Online Interest Form and LOI (from CEO/Executive Director); optional submission of a Letter of Support from Board Chair.
