The Future Leaders in the World of Work – South-South University 2026 is a flagship international training programme organized by ITCILO in collaboration with knowledge partners. It targets university students, aspiring researchers, youth representatives, and early-career professionals to build skills and networks for leadership in international development and South-South and Triangular Cooperation. The programme combines study visits, thematic workshops, and personalized career coaching across Italy and Switzerland, with activities designed to prepare participants for careers in multilateral organizations and development institutions.
