Dinah F.B. Cohen Fellowship Program Fall 2026

The Dinah F.B. Cohen Fellowship Program is a paid professional development and leadership initiative for college students and recent graduates with disabilities. It provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and a stipend over a short-term fellowship lasting about 12 weeks from September to December 2026, with an emphasis on leadership, career readiness, and inclusion for multiply-marginalized communities.

Paid professional experience, leadership development, mentorship, exposure to real-world organizational work, skill-building in communication and teamwork, networking opportunities, and a $1,500 completion stipend.

Applicants must be a college student or a recent graduate with a documented disability and be eligible for employment in the United States without visa sponsorship.
