IHE Delft Blue Scholarships 2026–2028: Up to 50% Tuition Fee Reduction for International Master’s Students in Water and Sustainable Development

The IHE Delft Blue Scholarships are partial tuition fee reductions for international students pursuing postgraduate education in water management and sustainable development at IHE Delft Institute for Water Education in the Netherlands. The scheme offers three scholarship types and aims to help academically qualified self-paying students who have been admitted to MSc programmes pursue their studies with financial assistance.

Partial tuition fee reduction; access to one of three scholarship types (Delft Blue Water Leader, Delft Blue Top Water Scientist, Delft Blue Scholarship).

Self-paying students who have been admitted to one of IHE Delft’s master’s programmes and can demonstrate financial need.
