The UNESCO-UNEVOC Global Awards for Innovation in TVET 2026 recognize outstanding initiatives reimagining technical and vocational education and training. It aims to highlight and promote innovative TVET practices, with a focus on inclusive excellence, sustainability, and impact. Winners receive recognition, visibility, and opportunities for engagement with the UNESCO-UNEVOC community.

Trophy and certificate; Invitations to UNESCO-UNEVOC events to present the initiative or practice; Publication in UNESCO-UNEVOC’s database of innovative and promising practices in TVET; Opportunities for global visibility and dissemination; Support for scaling up and replicating the initiative (subject to funds).

Open to training providers and research institutes. Eligible candidates include self-nominated institutions and those nominated by ministries or national TVET bodies.
