The Carr-Ryan Center Technology and Human Rights Fellowship invites researchers and practitioners to pursue a fellow-based program exploring how technological developments shape human rights protections. The fellowship includes virtual meetings twice a month and at least one on-campus convening per semester, with travel subsidies provided.
