Nkabom Internship Programme 2026

The Nkabom Internship Programme offers a structured six-month agribusiness internship across all 16 regions of Ghana, connecting young Ghanaians with verified host enterprises. It provides practical placements, mentorship, and career development opportunities in the agri-food sector, with tracks for employment and entrepreneurship. The programme is implemented by the Nkabom Collaborative at the University of Ghana in partnership with the Chamber of Agribusiness Ghana (CAG).

Structured workplace experience, mentorship, professional development opportunities, exposure to agribusiness operations, and pathways for potential employment or entrepreneurship; Track B includes structured incubation support, business mentorship, and access to seed grant opportunities.

Applicants must be Ghanaian citizens, aged 18-35, and either recent graduates (within the last three years), TVET graduates, or postgraduate students, and must be available for the full six-month internship.
